From the moment you walk in the door of the Ritz, the experience is special, from the musical ensemble playing in the lobby, to the ultra attentive staff everything just feels special and you feel momentarily like royalty. The staff could not be any more pleasant or helpful and the restaurant there is spectacular. The art deco style interior is spectacular, the service is exemplary and the food is delicious. The place is overpriced admittedly, but your paying for the experience as well and what an experience it is. I loved every moment of my visit and it was a pleasure from start to finish.

We celebrated my husband’s birthday with an afternoon tea and a show . This was a few days before the lockdown however fortunately for us we were upgraded for our overnight stay . This was a few days before the lockdown however fortunately for us we were upgraded for our overnight stay . What a fantastic experience and the breakfast in our room was absolutely amazing we were made to feel as if we truly belonged. The staff were so attentive but not pompous in any way . The cocktails with nibbles was a fantastic touch . We went home the following day with a promise to ourselves to make this a yearly treat. Can’t wait for next March 2021 !!!! Thank you Ritz Hotel
